After completing my first sprint triathlon in 2011 i slowly got more and more involved with the sport going up in distance and going on to finish my first Iron Distance event in 2012. From there I went on to represent GB at age group level with a medal at the ITU Long Course World Championships in 2013 and progress with my racing Taking age group wins at Ironman 70.3 and Challenge Events. I now race as a Professional Triathlete focussing on Half and Full Ironman events with a current best time for a long course race at 8.39.37

I started coaching in 2013 on a small scale helping friends and club mates with there training and starting to write training plans. After doing my British Triathlon Level 1 course I started to take it further and building my experience coaching a few more athletes with growing success. Over the years i have helped athletes qualify for GB Age Group Teams, Ironman 70.3 World Championships and help people finish their first events from sprint to Ironman. I work with each athlete on an individual basis building plans and providing support to help them achieve their individual goals in a professional and friendly manor. I have a wealth of knowledge and experience from my own racing and training coming from a background of juggling a full time job, a young family and the desire to train and race competitively along with my knowledge of the science and principles of triathlon and endurance training and physiology.
